Bikini Sanp pants are great because there is less bulk of material, but fits snugly over a pad lessening the risk of them riding up and showing at the waist. Having the Snap function allows the user to remove the garment if the wearer is wearing long trousers/pants etc. they can simply be unfastened and slipped off. They are also useful for users who are unable to bend the knees or allowing Carers to fit the garment quickly.
