Softwear Regular Height Adult Plastic Pants,  as the name implies, the Softwear PVC pants are warm and soft to the touch.  It is an opaque material, so you will be able to see the nappy / pad beneath to see if the nappy requires changing.

The pants are manufactured by Gary Manufacturing and are from the USA.

They have front-facing legs and a wide crotch area to allow the nappy/pad behind to be fully protected.

As always for sizing, measure the top of the leg/thigh and then look at the waist size.
